Since ancient times, honey has been used not only as a sweetener but also as a medicine, and in cosmetics, rituals and so on. Almost every civilization on this earth has traditionally known and used honey. Exploring this rich tradition, our company was established in the year 1937, under the name of Jove & Co. In 1975, the name of the company was changed to Ambrosia Apiaries. Presently, we are a leading producer, supplier and exporter of Organic Honey, Ginger Honey, Tulsi Honey, Saffron, Dry Oyster Mushroom, Propolis and Pollen, etc. Reliability and understanding of market dynamics have enabled us to touch the pinnacle of success. With a sales volume of INR 2.5 crore, we export our products to several countries worldwide. We supply honey in 25 kg to 300 kg packaging for household and industrial requirements. With an ideal mix of water, carbohydrates, proteins and minerals, our honey is high on every aspect of taste and health. The company is a registered member of All India Beekeepers Association and APEDA Export Council. - Ambrosia Ginger: Honey with Ginger Oleoresin and Ginger Oil. Ideal for curing sore throat, cough, asthama, etc.
- Ambrosia Tulsi: Honey with Tulsi Extract Good for curing headaches, migrane. Also helps in nervous tension, malaria and other infections
- Ambrosia Amla: Honey with Amla Extracts & Fresh Stuffed Amla. It prevents aging and strengthens heart and other body glands

products. We ensure that the bees collect nectar from the healthy
plants and for that we keep the surrounding area of our apiaries uncontaminated by any kind of pollution. The company uses wooden and
glass containers for storing honey so that it does not get toxic. All
the processes are minutely observed by our quality control analysts to
ensure that the products are fresh, hygienic, tasty and healthy as per
their natural forms.
Strong Infrastructure
An extremely well built infrastructure is an asset for Ambrosia
Apiaries. We have in-house apiaries where bees are collected and kept in
a clean, pollution-free environment. This enables us to collect better
quality honey which is pure, hygienic and healthy. Our professionals possess in-depth knowledge of the entire process and ensure error free production towards maintaining freshness of the
products. Packaging is done with utmost care to avoid damage while in
transit, storage or consumption.
Safe Storage
We keep the honey in the most favorable environment under specific
humidity and temperature. Honey has a strong tendency to absorb
outside smells, so we store in clean, hermetically sealed vessels in cool and dark store houses with a temperature range of 3 to 9 degree
Celsius. A large warehouse, with cold storage facility, is a boon for
us as it helps us in storing the products properly, thereby enabling us
to meet market demands with ease.
